Shipping and Returns

Processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days for shipping. During holidays and peak shopping seasons, please allow extra time for processing.


Domestic Shipping

-Orders of $55 or more (after discounts and promotions) ship free!

-Orders are shipped by USPS or UPS and take about 5-7 business days to arrive.

-$20 Flat rate Express shipping are UPS and take about 1-3 business days to arrive.

-A tracking number will be emailed to you when the order is shipped. 


Our FREE local delivery schedule is Tuesday for orders placed before Monday ay 3 pm. If orders are placed on or after Tuesday, delivery will occur the following week

Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis with the goal of making our customers happy and meeting their needs.

Return Policy

We would like you to be satisfied with your purchase. All Returns or Exchanges on  items must be done within 30 days of the delivery date. Please email your order number, name, reason for a Return/Exchange, and the item and quantity you wish to Return/Exchange to hello@88coffeecompany.com. We will contact you with information on how your return will be processed. We will not refund the price of shipping.

Modifications or Cancellations
Please email us at hello@88coffeecompany.com as soon as possible if you’d like to modify or cancel an order. If your order has been processed, we cannot guarantee any modifications or cancellations, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.
