Welcome to 88 COFFEE, where we are passionate about bringing you the authentic taste of Vietnamese coffee. Our journey began when I came to the United States as an international student in 2008. Since coffee was such a strong interest of mine, I became a barista at Starbucks for nearly 3 years, honing my coffee knowledge, coffee-making skills, and retail experience. Despite trying many dark-roasted beans or Vietnamese-style coffee, I couldn't find a coffee that truly captured the rich, bold flavors I grew up with.

Dissatisfied with the options on the market, I embarked on a mission to create an authentic Vietnamese coffee experience that would exceed expectations. After years of searching and collaborating with manufacturers, I am proud to introduce our meticulously crafted Vietnamese Coffee Blend.

At 88 COFFEE, we are committed to delivering a coffee that embodies the essence of Vietnam without compromise. We understand the frustration of encountering fillers, artificial flavors, and exorbitant prices that make it difficult for coffee to become a daily staple. Our beans undergo a special roasting process that sets us apart. Using only robusta coffee beans from Buon Ma Thuot, Dak Lak and Cau Dat, Lam Dong, we roast them to perfection and then blend them with a butter-oil substitute for a unique richness and smoothness, which is known as the traditional Butter-Roasted Process. The result is a mouthwatering medium-dark roast that showcases the robust flavors and distinctive aroma characteristic of Vietnamese Robusta coffee; dark-chocolate, popcorn, and nutty.

Not only have we paid meticulous attention to the authenticity taste of our coffee, but we've also put thought into the packaging. Inspired by the traditional red envelopes exchanged during Lunar New Year celebrations, our packaging features vibrant red and gold colors.
